Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Invora. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Invora

Invora is a digital gold price locking platform that allows users to lock the current market price of 24K gold and pay for it in monthly instalments (EMIs). Invora is operated as a technology platform facilitating gold purchases and does not act as a bank, financial institution, or investment advisor.

2. Eligibility

To use Invora, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of India
  • Have a valid Indian phone number and email address
  • Provide accurate personal and delivery information

3. Gold Price Locking

When you initiate a booking on Invora, the prevailing 24K gold rate at the time of your locking amount payment is locked for your order. This rate is guaranteed for the duration of your EMI plan regardless of market fluctuations.

The locking amount (ranging from 7% to 20% of the total gold value depending on your chosen EMI plan) must be paid upfront via Razorpay to confirm your booking. This amount is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

Gold rates displayed on the platform are fetched in real-time from market data providers and may vary slightly from other sources due to processing fees and platform charges.

4. EMI Payments

After the locking amount is paid, the remaining gold value is divided into equal monthly instalments based on your chosen plan (3, 6, 9, or 12 months). EMI amounts are fixed at the time of booking and will not change due to gold price movements.

EMI due dates are set monthly from the date of booking. You are responsible for ensuring timely payment.

Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking via Razorpay.

5. Late Payment & Auto Gold Sell

If an EMI payment is not received within 2 days of the due date, Invora reserves the right to automatically liquidate a proportional amount of your unlocked gold at the prevailing market rate to cover the outstanding EMI.

The exact number of grams to be sold will be calculated as: EMI Amount ÷ Current Gold Rate. Only whole grams will be sold; any fractional gram value will be refunded to your registered bank account or UPI within 7 working days.

If insufficient gold is available for liquidation, your booking may be marked as defaulted and cancelled. The locking amount paid will not be refunded in case of default.

6. Partial Gold Redemption

As you make payments, a proportional amount of gold is unlocked for redemption. The formula is: Total Amount Paid ÷ Locked Gold Rate = Redeemable Grams (rounded down to whole grams).

You may request physical delivery of your unlocked gold at any time. Delivery requests are processed within 7–10 business days and shipped to your registered delivery address via secure insured courier.

Minimum redemption quantity is 1 gram. Once a redemption request is submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Pay EMI with Gold

Users may choose to use their unlocked gold to pay their next EMI instalment. The system will automatically calculate the exact grams required based on the current market gold rate.

Only whole gram quantities will be used. Any fractional gram value exceeding the EMI amount will be refunded to your registered bank account or UPI within 7 working days.

8. Foreclosure

You may choose to foreclose your booking at any time by paying the total remaining EMI amount in a single payment. Upon foreclosure, the remaining gold will be unlocked and processed for delivery.

No foreclosure penalty or additional charges will be levied.

9. Gold Delivery

Physical gold delivery is initiated once all EMIs are paid or upon a partial redemption request. Gold is delivered in the form of 24K certified gold coins or bars as selected at the time of booking.

Delivery is available only within India to the address registered on your Invora account.

Invora is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses, courier partner issues, natural calamities, or other factors beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and up to date.

10. Referral Programme

Invora offers a referral programme where existing users (referrers) can invite new users (referees) using a unique invite code.

  • Referrers earn 1% of the referee's locking amount as cashback, paid via UPI/bank transfer.
  • Referees receive a 1% discount on their locking amount at the time of first purchase.
  • Referral rewards are credited only after the referee's first payment is successfully completed.
  • Invora reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time.
  • Abuse of the referral programme (self-referrals, fraudulent accounts) will result in account termination.

11. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Invora does not store your card or banking details.

The locking amount is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. EMI payments are non-refundable except in cases of platform error or duplicate payment.

Refund claims for platform errors must be raised within 7 days of the payment date by contacting support@invora.in. Verified refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

12. Account Termination

Invora reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Abuse the referral or redemption systems
  • Attempt to manipulate or defraud the platform
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

In the event of termination, any unlocked gold will be delivered to your registered address.

13. Limitation of Liability

Invora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including losses due to gold price fluctuations, delivery delays, or technical outages.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you on the platform in the preceding 3 months.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

15. Changes to Terms

Invora reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
