Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Locking Amount
The locking amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable once the gold price has been locked. This amount secures your gold rate and initiates your EMI plan.
2. Cancellation Before Locking
If you cancel your booking before completing the locking payment, no charges will be applied. You may cancel freely at this stage.
3. Cancellation After Locking
Once the locking amount is paid and your price is confirmed, cancellation is not permitted. The locking amount will not be refunded as it represents the cost of securing the gold rate at that point in time.
4. EMI Payments
EMI payments made towards your gold booking are credited to your account and are non-refundable. In the event of a dispute, please contact our support team within 7 days of the payment date.
5. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment is debited from your account but not reflected on the Invora platform, it will be automatically reversed within 5–7 business days. For duplicate charges, please reach out to us immediately at support@invora.co.in.
6. Delivery Issues
If your gold order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after verification.
