3. EMI Default Risk

Failure to complete your scheduled EMI payments may result in forfeiture of the locking amount and cancellation of your booking. Please ensure you have sufficient funds before committing to an EMI plan.

4. Delivery Risk

While Invora partners with insured logistics providers, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events may cause delivery delays. Invora is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
